About this policy
This policy applies to Metro Wide Lawn Care’s website and information provided to us about our lawn, grounds and seasonal property services. It also describes how website tools handle inquiries and optional usage information. Third-party websites and customer portals have their own privacy notices.
You can browse our services, call us or request a quote without allowing optional analytics. Use cookie settings to review or change your choices.
Information we handle
- Information you provide: your name, email address or phone number, property type, requested service and city or ZIP code. You may also provide a company name, street address, project details and correspondence.
- Customer and service records: details needed to discuss, quote, schedule and carry out work, such as property instructions, service history, estimates, approvals, invoices and payment status. If you use an external payment service, it handles the payment details under its own terms.
- Technical information: hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, browser or device details, requested pages, timestamps and errors. Our form providers also use security measures to help limit spam and duplicate requests.
- Optional usage information: when enabled with your permission, analytics tools can process page visits, interaction events, device information and approximate location. Experience tools can also record interactions such as clicks, scrolling and navigation.
Only provide information relevant to your request. Please keep payment-card details, government identifiers, passwords and sensitive facility or personal information out of the website form.
How information is used
We use information to respond to inquiries, assess service availability, prepare quotes, communicate about work, manage customer relationships and maintain business records. Technical information supports website delivery, troubleshooting, security and abuse prevention. Optional analytics help us understand which pages are useful and where visitors encounter problems.
Permission to respond to a quote request is not enrollment in promotional email or text messages. Any separate marketing program must offer its own appropriate choices. Submitting a request does not require you to buy a service.
The tools and providers involved
Providers may process information to host the website, deliver inquiries, support communications or manage customer work. We share information as needed for these functions. We may also disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect people, prevent abuse or respond to a business transfer, subject to applicable protections.
Google Analytics 4 & Google Tag Manager
When enabled with your permission, Google Analytics 4 can measure website visits and interaction events. Google Tag Manager organizes measurement tags; the tags it runs determine what is collected. Optional measurement requires your analytics choice. Our website’s event hooks exclude names, email addresses, phone numbers, street addresses and project descriptions. Learn about Google’s use of information from partner sites and its privacy policy.
Microsoft Clarity
When enabled with your permission, Clarity can produce heatmaps, behavioral metrics and session recordings that help improve the website. Microsoft may receive website interaction, browser and device information through cookies and similar technologies and use it for its services, including Microsoft Advertising, as explained in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. When used, Clarity will be configured to mask quote-form content and keep inquiry details out of readable recordings.
Google Search Console
Search Console helps us review how our pages appear in Google Search, including search clicks, impressions and indexing issues. Site verification does not itself install a visitor-tracking script or require an optional website cookie. See Google’s introduction to Search Console.
Jobber
Our Residential Grounds, Commercial Grounds and Government & Municipal request forms are hosted by Jobber. They load automatically when you open a page that includes a form, connecting your browser to Jobber and its service providers. Information you enter and submit there goes directly to Jobber for Metro Wide to manage your request. Jobber may also support customer contacts, property and job details, estimates, scheduling, invoices and communications. Its own technical services and cookies apply inside the form; this website’s optional analytics choice does not control Jobber’s embedded service. A Jobber portal or payment flow is governed by its own notices as well. See Jobber’s privacy policy. Direct requests about records Metro Wide maintains to us.
Formspree and Join Our Team
Our Join Our Team form sends your contact details, city or ZIP, work interests, availability and any experience you share to Formspree for Metro Wide to review and respond about work opportunities. Formspree processes submissions and technical information to deliver the form and help prevent spam. You don’t need to allow optional analytics to submit it. See Formspree’s privacy policy.
Google Maps
The service-area map stays blocked until you allow it. Loading the embed connects your browser to Google, which may receive technical information and use cookies. A normal link to Google Maps opens Google’s service separately. See Google’s privacy policy.
Retention, storage and security
We keep inquiry and customer information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide services, maintain records, resolve disputes and meet applicable obligations. The period depends on the information and relationship; contact us about a particular record. Service providers may maintain their own operational logs and retention settings.
Website submissions use an encrypted connection. Our Join Our Team form confirms acceptance after Formspree accepts the submission. The Jobber forms handle submission and confirmation directly within Jobber. This website does not maintain its own customer database or intentionally write raw inquiry content to application logs. Information may be retained in Metro Wide’s communications and customer-management systems.
We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no website or transmission method can guarantee complete security. Providers may process information in the United States, Canada or other countries where they operate, with privacy rules that may differ from those where you live.
Privacy requests and children
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or a copy of information, or to object to or limit certain uses. Contact us to make a request or raise a concern. We may need to verify your identity and relationship to the information. Some records may need to be retained for legal or legitimate business reasons; we will explain any applicable limitation.
The website is intended for adults arranging property services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and address it.
For questions, call Metro Wide Lawn Care at 816-830-6107 or use our contact page. For a privacy request, tell us what you would like to access, correct or delete. Please do not send identity documents, payment-card details or other sensitive information through the website form.
Updates to this policy
We may update this policy when our services, tools or practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated as required, and new permission will be requested when necessary.
